Fareham grew quickly through the 1960s, 70s and 80s, which means a big chunk of the borough — Portchester, Catisfield, Funtley and the estates around the town centre — shares the same kind of housing: rendered or part-rendered semis with interiors that are now a couple of decades past their last proper decorate.
That's our bread and butter here: full interior refreshes, and exterior render and woodwork repaints to smarten up a frontage that's gone chalky. There are older Victorian properties nearer the centre too, and those we treat differently again.

Prep comes first
Most of a good paint job is the bit you never see. We fill, sand and prime properly before any topcoat goes on, because that is what makes it look right and stops it failing early.
Render that's gone chalky, sorted
A lot of Fareham's 60s–80s render has weathered to a dull, powdery finish. We clean it down, stabilise it and repaint in breathable masonry paint so it looks sharp and sheds water again.
Finishes that last
We use proper trade paints in whatever finish you are after, picked to suit the room and how much wear it takes.
